May/June 2017 Isle of Man TT

Claire attend the IOM TT races as part of the Scott Physiotherapy team. This year was the 10th Year of Scott Physiotherapy providing medical support to the riders. Unfortunately the weather wasn't like 2016 and instead of glorious sunshine, the racing was halted by the rain. Charity support

Claire has been working hard supporting various charity events by donating raffle prizes and treatments. Early this year Claire supported Nathan Curtis and Ryan Laird as they raised funds for NICU's by completing a Cycle from Peterborough Hospital to Leicester Hospital and back, riding a staggering 82 miles in one day. The lads were treated with a well deserved post event massage and kept hydrated. Well done lads a great achievement and pleased to be part of it. Claire has agreed to support them in any future events.

Team support

Claire is supporting Clare Wookey (a current guiness world record holder for being part of the team to complete the fastest two-way crossing of the North Channel. Clare W is part of the OW Ladies relay team who will be taking part in the Catalina Channel 2 way swim in 2018.

May-June 2016 Isle of Man TT

Claire attended the IOM TT motorcycle road racing again to work alongside Scott physiotherapy team to help and support riders with pre and post event preparations to compete in this prestige competition. As part of the team they completed 1450 treatments in 13 days of competition. All the team members offer their services as volunteers. This year saw an increase in demand due to the unprecedented weather conditions of hot weather throughout both practice and race week.

June 2015 Isle of Man TT

Claire attended the IOM TT motorcycle road racing again to work alongside Scott physiotherapy team to help and support riders with pre and post event preparations to compete in this prestige competition. As part of the team they completed 700 treatments in 13 days of competition. All the team members offer their services as volunteers. Claire will be returning at TT 2016 to again work as part of Scott Physio team

June 2014 Isle of Man TT

Claire attended the IOM TT motorcycle road racing to work alongside Scott physiotherapy team to help and support riders with pre and post event preparations to compete in this prestige competition. As part of the team they completed 545 treatments in 13 days of competition. All the team members offer their services as volunteers. Claire will be returning at TT 2015 to again work as part of Scott Physio team

February 2012

Claire has been selected to be a sports massage practitioner at both the London 2012 Olympics and Paraolympics games. Claire is thrilled about this opportunity adding "Its extra special to be selected when the games are in your home country"
